Further to the story in the Belfast Telegraph (15.12.2015) in relation to an alleged food poisoning incident, Belfast Cookery School assures its customers that the safety and well being of its patrons is of paramount importance.

Following the notification by a member of the public of an alleged incident, Belfast Cookery School immediately notified the Environmental Health Department at Belfast City Council and is currently co-operating fully with their investigation.

The source or cause of the complainant’s illness is yet to be identified by the investigating authorities.

Belfast Cookery School opened in July 2011 and adheres to the highest food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Prior to this alleged incident the cookery school have never received any complaints of this nature.
